Hex Bar (Trap Bar) - Safety and Versatility
The Barbell Standard Hex Bar (aka Trap Bar, same thing with a different name) improves deadlift form and adds versatility to your workout routine. The hex bar design allows you to keep the weight aligned with your center of gravity, reducing the load on your lower back during deadlifts and unlocking new exercises in your gym. Forged from 188,000 PSI steel with a 1.5 medium knurl and two sets of grip options, the Barbell Standard Hex Bar is built for safety, reliability, and versatility.
Improve Deadlift Form
With the center of gravity directly across the center-line of your body, lower spine engagement is reduced during deadlifts by shifting the load to your hips when you're at the bottom of the lift.
Durability
Constructed with 188,000 PSI tensile strength steel and solid welded sleeves, this bar is built for 700+ pound load
Secure Grip
Dual knurled grips, with free Weightlifting Straps and spring collars included in the box
