These are made for 1" standard plates. You can use your own existing plates or purchase standard plates from us.
Work perfectly and designed for our 1" standard cast iron weight plates.
You may purchase with or without 4.5" bolts.

- Weight Capacity- Rated for over 400lbs per dumbbell
- 1"-8 Bolts for the handles. You will need 4 bolts per 2 handles. You can choose from different lengths to suit your needs.
- Each handle weighs 1 pound. Optional 4.5" bolts weigh 1 pound each
- 4.5" Bolts are able to safely fit up to 120lbs per dumbbell using our thin cast iron plates.
